The project required seamless integration of conference audio, video tracking, and interactive presentation technology while maintaining clear communication and ease of operation during official meetings.

Solution:
NCSL delivered an integrated Bosch Conference & Sound System with 120 delegate units, providing clear and reliable audio communication throughout the meeting room. Five Lumens auto camera tracking units were integrated to provide smooth video coverage and automatically follow active speakers during discussions. The solution also included five Optoma interactive panels, enabling dynamic presentations, content sharing, and collaborative sessions. Through careful planning, system integration, and professional implementation, NCSL delivered a practical and reliable meeting solution that brings together trusted international technologies to support the Ministry’s modern communication and collaboration requirements.
